Megan McGreal has over five years of communications and grassroots campaign experience. Prior to working for Nahigian Strategies, Megan served as Director of Special Projects for Citizens United Foundation, a grassroots advocacy firm. In her capacity as Director of Special Projects, Megan worked as an Associate Producer on special interest documentaries, including “Broken Promises: The UN at 60” and “Border War: The Battle Over Illegal Immigration.” Among other duties, Megan was primarily responsible for securing and interviewing prominent officials. Interviews conducted during her tenure include former U.S. Senator George Mitchell (D-ME), General Romeo Dallaire, Ambassadors Gillerman and Gold, and U.S. Representatives Dreier (R-CA), Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), Burton (R-IN), Hayworth (R-AZ), Garrett (R-NJ), and Delay (R-TX).
Since joining Nahigian Strategies in the fall of 2006, Megan has served as the primary project manager for a number of high-level campaigns and initiatives designed and implemented on behalf of the firm’s government clients. Megan is currently working closely with the Department of Health and Human Services on the development and execution of campaigns related to the Secretary’s priority projects, most specifically the “Value-Driven Health Care,” “Affordable Choices,” and “Import Safety” initiatives.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a concentration in Russian affairs from Villanova University.
